Remodelling garments with care

Alteration Artistry works on garments that need more than a simple adjustment. From remodelling dresses and skirts to restyling shirts and jackets, we look at how the original piece can be improved while respecting its construction and material.

We also support vintage pieces and garments with personal meaning, offering practical changes and creative upcycling where the fabric allows. Concepts are reviewed before work begins, and any supplementary materials are quoted separately.

Our story

A practical approach to redesign

Built for projects that need clear communication and realistic planning, our workshop balances design ideas with the limits of the garment itself.

Since 2019, the studio has focused on tailoring, remodelling, and upcycling for customers across Hong Kong. Each project begins with an inquiry and assessment so we can review the garment, the materials, and the requested fit.

We explain the scope, discuss the concept, and confirm the quote before any work is approved. That process helps set clear expectations for fit, finish, and material availability.

At collection, we complete a fit check or finish review so the final result can be assessed carefully before the garment leaves the workshop.
